Including short circuit of wires, poor contact, circuit breaker failure, damage to electrical components inside the generator, etc. For example, two points of different potentials in the circuit are mistakenly connected together, resulting in a sudden increase in current, triggering the protection mechanism to trip.
3. Mechanical failure: Failure of mechanical components can also cause tripping. For example, bearing damage, stator winding overheating, gear or belt failure, etc., will affect the normal operation of the water pump, thereby causing tripping.
4. Fuel problem: Insufficient fuel supply or poor quality will affect the operation of the water pump. For example, fuel pump failure, fuel pipeline blockage or use of unqualified fuel will cause the water pump to run unstably or shut down, which will cause tripping.
5. Excessive starting current: The water pump requires a large starting current at the moment of starting. If the circuit capacity is insufficient or the distribution box is overloaded, it may cause tripping.
6. Unstable voltage: The voltage fluctuation of the power grid is large, which exceeds the range that the water pump can bear, which may cause the motor load to increase and cause tripping.
7. Electrical connection problems: Problems such as poor electrical connection, loose wiring or poor contact may cause current abnormality and cause tripping.
8. Overload protector failure: The overload protector may fail and fail to work properly, resulting in failure to cut off the power supply in time when the current is too large, causing tripping.
9. Line damage or short circuit: Damage, short circuit and other phenomena in the water pump line will cause the air switch to trip.
