Collect and familiarize oneself with technical manuals, drawings, maintenance manuals, and other related materials for diesel generator sets.
Check the ventilation, temperature, humidity and other environmental conditions of the generator room to ensure that the safe passage is unobstructed and free of flammable and explosive materials.
Prepare necessary testing tools and safety protective equipment such as multimeters, insulation testers, vibration analyzers, noise meters, load boxes, etc.
Check whether the liquid levels of diesel, engine oil, coolant, etc. are normal and the quality is qualified.
Establish a debugging team, clarify the responsibilities of each member, and conduct safety education and technical briefing.
